Three people are dead after a racially-motivated shooting in Jacksonville, Florida. It happened at a Dollar General. police say the shooter left three different manifestos detailing his hate toward Black people. Reports say the gunman barricaded himself inside the store and killed three victims before turning one of his guns on himself.
