NoirTube Refund Policy

No refunds are available for any NoirTube package or subscription. This includes refunds for unused time, unexpected outages, or any other reason.

Subscriptions to user or partner channels remain valid through one subscription period/cycle. This means that if you subscribe to a channel for a month, you will have access to that channel's content for the entire month, even if you cancel your subscription before the month is over. Most subscriptions are canceled at the time of the request. Cancellation requests received after the billing cycle has processed will not be honored.

At NoirTube.com, we take great pride in offering high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our digital content and subscriptions, all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is made or a subscription is initiated, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for a refund, except as described below.

Device incompatibility or degregation is not sufficient cause for refund. Requirements for viewing or playing NoirTube content are availble in our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria outlined above for a refund, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  3. Locate your active subscription and select the option to cancel it.
