NoirTube Refund Policy

Thank you for using NoirTube. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds for purchases made on our platform. We strive to provide excellent service and value to our users, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
1. SCOPE OF POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on NoirTube, including:
- Premium subscriptions
- Channel memberships
- Content purchases
- Virtual goods and gifts
- Creator support transactions
- Advertising services
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
2.1 Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew automatically when the current billing period ends.
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining unused days in your current billing period unless otherwise specified below.
2.2 Refund Eligibility for New Subscriptions
If you are a new subscriber and are unsatisfied with our services:
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Only first-time subscribers are eligible for refunds under this policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support channels.
2.3 Subscription Refund Exceptions
We may issue refunds for active subscriptions outside the standard policy in the following circumstances:
- Service unavailability or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use the subscription features for an extended period (24+ hours).
- Unauthorized charges that you can verify you did not approve.
- Accidental purchase of duplicate subscriptions for the same service tier.
3. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
3.1 Content Purchases
For one-time content purchases:
- Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if the content cannot be accessed due to technical issues.
- No refunds will be issued for content you have already viewed or downloaded.
- Preview options are available for most content to help you make informed purchase decisions.
3.2 Virtual Goods and Gifts
Virtual goods, gifts, and creator support contributions:
- These purchases are generally non-refundable once completed successfully.
- Exceptions may be made for technical failures where the virtual goods were not properly delivered.
- Accidental purchases may be eligible for refund if reported within 24 hours and not yet used or delivered to recipients.
3.3 Advertising Services
For advertising services:
- Unused advertising credit may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no campaign has been initiated.
- For active campaigns, we may provide partial refunds for the unused portion at our discretion.
- Refund requests must include detailed information about the advertising account and the reason for the request.
4. REQUESTING A REFUND
To request a refund:
- Log in to your NoirTube account
- Visit the Help Center at help.noirtube.com
- Select "Purchases & Refunds"
- Complete the refund request form with all required information

- Your account username
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID (if available)

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider:
- Eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy
- Account history and previous refund requests
- Technical or service issues that may have affected your experience

5.2 Timeline for Processing
We strive to process all refund requests promptly:
- Initial review of refund requests will be completed within 3-5 business days.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refunds will typically be issued through the original payment method:
- Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- Alternative payment methods may require additional processing time.
- In some cases, we may issue refunds as NoirTube credit at our discretion.

6.1 Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe unauthorized purchases were made from your account:
- Secure your account immediately by changing your password.
- Contact our support team as soon as possible with details of the unauthorized charges.
- We may require additional verification to process these refund requests.
6.2 Account Termination
If your account has been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service:
- Active subscriptions will be canceled without refund.
- Unused advertising credits may be refunded at our discretion.
- Content purchases and virtual goods will not be refunded.
6.3 Service Outages or Technical Issues
In the event of significant service outages or technical issues:
- We may proactively issue credits or extend subscription periods.
- Affected users may contact support for consideration of partial refunds if services were unavailable for extended periods.
7. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
- Fall outside the timeframes specified in this policy
- Show patterns of potential abuse of the refund system
- Involve content that has been substantially accessed or consumed
- Are prohibited by law or regulation
