The Blind Side. Michael Oher is not suing the Tuohy's, it's worse.

The Blind Side situation is worse than you think. Michael Oher is not suing, he is asking. To terminate a Conservatorship that the Tuohys placed him in, in 2004. It seems it wasn’t strictly enforced as he presumably signed his own NFL contracts, and nothing regarding those contracts is mentioned in the filing. It solely focuses on decisions made regarding the movie The Blind Side.
