Larry Elder plans to sue RNC after not qualifying for presidential debate

At least three 2024 presidential candidates did not qualify for the first debate this week. One of them is conservative radio host Larry Elder, who ran in the recall election that Gov. Gavin Newsom soundly defeated. Elder says he now promises to sue the Republican National Comittee.
