Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by Josh Gates to react to the news that all five passengers onboard the Titan submersible have been pronounced dead after confirmation that the debris found earlier today was the result of a catastrophic implosion.
Josh firstly sends his best wishes to the families of the victims and also wants to point out how courageous every member onboard was to make such a risky journey into the depths of the ocean and make strides in underwater exploration. Josh however also adds that at some point a conversation must be had about the level of risk management that has taken place and whether CEO Stockton Rush could have done more to prevent a catastrophic incident such as this.

This is not a submarine, but the Titan, is a, Cyclops-class manned submersible.
But,what's the difference between the two ?
The primary difference between a submersible, and a submarine, is that the submersible is launched from a mother vessel or home vessel.
They are typically launched on a raft or platform, which is placed into the ocean! and ultimately descends via four electric thrusters, which helps it to reach speeds of around 3 knots.
But a Submarine can dive underwater, without any external equipment, and surface all through the process of buoyancy.
